Wurst seminar for Individuals and Groups
Every year from October to April, the Wambacher Mühle offers sausage seminars. Here, you have the opportunity to get an insight of the traditional sausage-making. Lead by our master butcher, you can cut up a whole pig from the open ground with a group. Together, you will produce headcheese, liverwurst, chops, mettwurst, bratwurst (coarse/ fine) and blood pudding under professional guidance. The different parts of the meat are explained according to quality and their purpose of use and then cut to size.

Briefing with our master butcher with a fresh cup of coffee. Joint preparation of the fresh ground pork.
9.00 a.m
Breakfast together; as a special feature, your self-made ground pork will be served with bread and buns.
10.00 a.m
Continuation of the seminar.
1:00 p.m
Lunch together; as a special feature, your self-made meat (e.g. in form of stripped meat or steak) will be served with matching side dishes.
3.00 p.m
Distribution of the self-made sausage and handout of the seminar certificate.

Or not. Because the Wurst seminar couple arrangement is sausage for one and wellness for others.
Wurst seminar for couples as a couple arrangement
Admittedly, the sausage seminar is not for everyone. That’s why we came up with the pair arrangement. You will enjoy a 5-course gourmet dinner, spend the night in our beautiful hotel, and the next day, SHE will enjoy wellness in the sauna or thermal baths, while HE makes some delicious sausages. Or vice versa. But that’s something you have to discuss on your own. Here are some more details to this arrangement:
Friday
In the evening, you will enjoy a fine 5-course menu including corresponding drinks in our restaurant. You will spend the night in a double room, breakfast buffet inclusive.
Saturday
The seminar participant will be introduced to the art of sausage-making from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. The companion will receive a wellness voucher including shuttle service.
Appointments in 2017
Whether as a single participant, as a group or as a part of the couple arrangement, the process is always simple:
- You order your entry ticket(s) for the wurst seminar or the couple arrangement
- You will receive a purchase confirmation with our bank details to transfer the amount to
- After the payment, we will agree on a suitable date with you. At the same time, the tickets will be sent to you by mail. The ticket number will be entered into the adjacent table

Can I participate in a wurst seminar with a group?
Yes, the maximum number of participants is 13.
Can I give away the tickets as a voucher?
Yes.
Can I change an appointment which had been made already?
Basically yes. Please note that your participation in the seminar may be delayed by several weeks because the number of participants is very limited.
How will the tickets be shipped?
By mail.
What is the method of payment?
Bank transfer after order. The tickets will be sent immediately after the receipt of payment. You will receive more details with your confirmation mail.
